Intensive 1 day pitching clinics covering Foundation Fitness work-out/warm-up for pitchers, 6 drills designed to teach proper biomechanics of pitching mechanics and bullpen workout.
Train with Pat Ahearne, RDRBI Certified Pitching Coach. One day and Full Clinic Programs available. We will travel to your group, team, league.
